One time placements
This model fits clients who want Vita to source and vet the hire, then manage that person directly. Standard role bundles and role specific experience levels are listed on the public pricing page.
Managed hiring subscriptions
This model keeps recruiting, interview coordination, support, and replacement coordination active. Employee salary is separate from the Vita subscription.
Business in a Box
This model combines employee payroll, named operating systems, accountability, and team support within a written scope. The client still controls strategy, capital, and major approvals.
One source of truth
The public pricing page controls every current Vita fee, employee salary range, inclusion, limit, and service distinction. Every approved price is visible without a form.
